Data Collection

• Local Storage: I use local storage to store some of your information, such as your name, phone, e-mail and links. This information is used solely within the App to help you with generating cover letters and interview questions.
• OpenAI API:When you use the App to generate a cover letter, I send the following information to the OpenAI API: name to sign, position, company name, language, contact person, job description, and your skills. OpenAI uses this information to generate the cover letter content, and I don't store this data on their servers.

Data Use

• Cover Letter Generation:The information you provide is used to generate personalized cover letters using the OpenAI API.
• Firebase Storage:I store the generated cover letter along with the information you provided in Firebase Storage. This allows you to access your past cover letters within the App.

Data Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

I will retain your information for as long as you use the App. You can delete your information at any time by clearing your local storage and deleting your user. The generated cover letters stored in Firebase will also be deleted.

Your Rights

• Access:You can request access to the information I have stored about you.
• Rectification:You can request that I correct any inaccurate information about you.
• Erasure:You can request that I delete your information.
